Dr Brendan Murphy a ‘victim’ of ‘woke infiltration’

Commentator Prue MacSween says Health Secretary Dr Brendan Murphy is a “victim” of “woke infiltration” in the public service as he struggles to define what a woman is. Dr Murphy struggled to define a woman when asked by Liberal Senator Alex Antic in April during Senate Estimates, with the Health Secretary saying it's a “very contested space”. Three months later Dr Murphy provided a definition saying: “The frameworks adopted to define a person’s gender include chromosomal makeup, the gender assigned at birth, and the gender with which a person identifies.” “If they cannot define what a woman or a man is, we are in serious trouble,” Ms MacSween told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “The thought that these people are in charge of our health system, it's hugely worrying – they haven't got a brain between them.”
